CRF Community Event – Talent, Leadership & Learning

The session will focus on the ways in which organisations’ views of leadership and leadership development are shifting as new working practices bed in. We will discuss topics including:

• How are our views about the demands of leaders and leadership changing?
• How are we updating our leadership frameworks and models in response?
• How big is the shift from where we were to where we need to be and what are we doing to bridge the gap?
• How are we adapting our approaches to leadership development as a result?

CRF will be publishing research in spring 2022 exploring the new paradigms in leadership and leadership development and we hope this discussion will help shape the scope and focus of our research.
