CRF Community Event: Talent, Leadership & Learning

We hope you can join us online on Monday 5th September, for the next Talent, Leadership and Learning Community event titled Talent Strategies in the Great Resignation.
The session will explore how companies are adapting their talent attraction strategies in light of the Great Resignation and tight labour markets. More specifically, we will discuss:
- How are organisations rethinking how to attract the talent they need?
- In what ways are employers adapting the employee experience and employer brand in response to current talent market challenges?
- What results are being achieved? What’s working and what’s not?

This community is intended for experienced talent, learning and leadership professionals with responsibility for the attraction, development and retention of talent in the organisation, who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with other participants.
The community meets throughout the year to address topical issues and stays connected via a WhatsApp group, regular updates and networking. Members of the community can stay informed with access to our webpage of curated content.
