Research Briefing: Building a Future-Fit Workforce

  • Digital Events
  • September 15, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm UTC-1

Join CRF Research Director, Gillian Pillans, for an interactive briefing on our most recent report Building a Future-Fit Workforce: Reskilling and Rethinking Work.

Gillian will outline the key findings of the research, which investigates how organisations are preparing for the future of work through reskilling, upskilling, and redesigning work and working practices. We will explore how organisations can connect business strategy and workforce planning with L&D and talent strategies to address workforce challenges arising from continuing shifts in demographics, technology and working practices. Through exploring case studies and the results of our industry survey, the briefing will consider whether talk of the ‘future of work’ is leading to real change or is just hype.

This briefing provides an opportunity to get up to speed with CRF’s research, ahead of our September Masterclass on the topic.
