Reskilling to Lead in a Real Time World

Thursday 21 March, 9.00 – 9:50am

Every industry and business model is being disrupted.  In simplistic terms the world is changing because of technological and digital advances – whether that be industries, departments or in our individual lives – our choice is to shape the environment and outcomes or let the environment shape us. This masterclass is designed to support us in developing the ability to thrive in this dynamic world and shape it from whatever seat we occupy in the organisation.

You’ll understand what this means for you, as a leader, and know the capabilities, mindsets and behaviours that are required for leading in this real time world.  You’ll understand the winning moves and leadership practices that allow you to reskill for success and how to get these. Awareness gives us choice; choice gives us new possibilities and from there we can take action!

Digitally Enabling the Reskilling

Thursday 21 March, 9.00 – 9:50am

Ricoh Europe will explore how HR leaders can use digital talent mapping tools connected to an engagement layer of HR digital services to develop talent insight and engage the workforce. The session will analyse an end-to-end use case which will involve a comprehensive assessment of the workforce’s skills, experiences, growth potential and how to automatically link the skill layer with the employee engagement layer.

HR leaders will understand how to build a digital view of their organisation’s talent landscape and improve their skill-talent matching process using process automation and AI. We will also consider how to access metrics and consolidated reporting with all the KPIs needed to measure impact of talent mapping, with practical tips on driving campaigns, executing pull strategies, mapping skills, and finding workers’ potential.

Hear from Ricoh’s Chief People Officer, Bev Cunningham on HR’s future goals here.
