Zoom Interactive Event: Thriving After a Crisis – Diverting Danger and Creating Future-Proof Organisations

  • July 10, 2020
  • United Kingdom
  • Online

The biggest danger of a crisis is distraction. Clarity matters. The best way to predict the future is to create it. Mark and Howard will show you how highly successful leaders seize opportunities during crises, how they manage to increase autonomy without sinking the organisation into chaos, how they pursue new business opportunities when resources have to be preserved, and how they rapidly pivot and recover when everyone else falls on the side-lines.

We will explore several of such organisations in manufacturing, retail, financial services and other industries. We discover that organisational culture and mindset changes must be accompanied by adjustments in organisational structure, management systems and processes, enabled by virtual work tools. Such is the new role of the HR community: to be the glue that enables organisations to be light on their feet to thrive in any of the possible futures.

Who is it for?

This interactive event is aimed at HR Directors with a focus on developing leaders, organisation agility and culture. In addition, senior specialists in L&D, Leadership Development and Talent will also derive value.
