Personal Networks of Successful Leaders
In his first talk during CRF's 9th International Conference - Collaboration in a Competitive World: Driving Innovation, Efficiency and Productivity - Rob Cross shared his insights into the topic of High Performing Networks. Rob discussed the importance of of networks, their role in collaboration and why executives should pay attention to developing their networks.
