HR, AI and Bias
Bias is one of the biggest potential pitfalls in AI but approaches to address these already exist.
In this presentation, Dr. Nigel Guenole (Director of Research at Goldsmiths, University of London) addresses the importance of considering bias in HR and AI and looks at the following questions:
- What do we mean by bias in AI?
- How have we addressed bias before AI?
- How do we address bias in the age of AI?
