AI can help us work faster. But faster does not always mean better.
Used poorly, generative AI can create hidden rework, encourage over-reliance on plausible answers and weaken the very judgement people need to do their jobs well. For HR, this raises an important question: how can we use AI to improve productivity while protecting the professional judgement and human capability our organisations rely on?
Used effectively, it can free up time, challenge our thinking and improve the quality of our work.
In this online session, we will explore how HR professionals can use AI to boost individual productivity without outsourcing human judgement. We will look at which tasks are best suited to AI, the different roles it can play in supporting our thinking and how to challenge its outputs before deciding whether to accept, revise or reject them.

Qadoos Rashid
Board Level CPO
Qadoos Rashid is a board-level Chief People Officer with more than 20 years’ experience across international, multi-site healthcare and services organisations in private equity, listed and regulated environments. Most recently, he served as Group Chief People Officer at European Dental Group, one of Europe’s largest dental care platforms.
His work has focused on connecting people strategy to business performance through workforce productivity, organisational design, leadership, talent, recruitment and retention. More recently, he has led work exploring how AI can improve workforce effectiveness and individual productivity, including practical applications of generative AI within healthcare.
Alongside his corporate career, Qadoos co-owns an independent dental practice, giving him a practical operator’s perspective on how technology can support professionals without replacing judgement.
Johannes Sundlo
Founder, Prorio AI, and Course Director, AI in HR, CRF
Johannes Sundlo is the founder of Prorio AI, a consultancy that helps organisations build lasting AI capability. With 15+ years in HR leadership at Spotify, Kry, and Trustly, he brings deep organisational expertise combined with practical AI knowledge.
He has advised over 200 organisations across four continents, from companies with 34 employees to those with 180,000+. Clients include IMC, KIA, IKEA, Volvo Group, H&M,TokioMarine, Alfa Laval, and Storytel. He is the creator of FullStack HR (10,000+ subscribers) and a guest lecturer at the University of Gothenburg.
