This by invitation-only event hosted by CRF and our partner Culture Amp is a chance for senior HR leaders in the local region to network and discuss current issues over dinner.

The focus on this workshop will centre on CRF’s Research on The Future of Learning and ways to overcome the critical challenge of aligning business and learning strategies to ensure that investment in learning is focused where it will have greatest impact on business outcome.

Attendees will also get the chance to benchmark their organisation against key criteria to assess the resilience of their company culture and employee experience as well as hear Culture Amp’s most recent research on how to develop careers and an effective learning strategy in your organisation.
