CRF Community Event: Diversity, Inclusivity and Wellbeing

Interest is growing in the topic of role models, and how they can be utilised to support the organisation’s broader efforts around equality, diversity, and inclusion.

During this session we will explore:

• Role models – who are they? how do you identify them? what do they do?
• Role modelling for EDI – how are organisations utilising role models to support their EDI efforts? What are the challenges? What are the rewards?

This community is intended for senior practitioners with responsibility for the advancement of the D&I and Wellbeing agendas within their organisation who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with their peers.

The community meets throughout the year to address topical issues and stays connected via a WhatsApp group, regular updates, and networking. Members of the community can stay informed with access to our webpage of curated content.
