CRF Community Event: Diversity, Inclusivity and Wellbeing

A cost-of-living crisis. A war in Ukraine. Ongoing pandemic effects. And potentially a recession on the horizon. The financial challenges in today’s turbulent world are further squeezing many in an already exhausted workforce. In business terms, this means that supporting people’s financial wellbeing is increasingly a priority.

In this session, we will ask:

• Are people, in general, in good financial shape?
• How does financial wellbeing impact individual, team, and organisational performance?
• Are organisations getting involved in financial wellbeing? If so, what are they doing? If not, why not?

This community is intended for senior practitioners with responsibility for the advancement of the D&I and Wellbeing agendas within their organisation who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with peers.
