CRF Community Event: Talent, Leadership and Learning

The last two years have been among the most challenging for the “squeezed middle” – front-line leaders and middle managers who have had to maintain team performance and motivation in a hybrid work environment while managing their own wellbeing in a time of high uncertainty. The session will explore how organisations are addressing the learning needs of this population.

Attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences and insights around the following questions:

• How are the expectations of front-line leaders and middle managers shifting?
• Where are the cracks emerging? What support are we providing? Where are we choosing to invest in development?
• What strategies for learning and development are we adopting for this population?
• What’s working and where do we need to up our game?
