Talent Management and Acquisition

CRF Community Event: Talent, Leadership and Learning

  • Digital Event
  • March 2, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm UTC+0

Register now for our upcoming community event discussing strategies for developing middle managers and front-line leaders

The last two years have been among the most challenging for the “squeezed middle” – front-line leaders and middle managers who have had to maintain team performance and motivation in a hybrid work environment while managing their own wellbeing in a time of high uncertainty. The session will explore how organisations are addressing the learning needs of this population.

Attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences and insights around the following questions:

  • How are the expectations of front-line leaders and middle managers shifting?
  • Where are the cracks emerging? What support are we providing? Where are we choosing to invest in development?
  • What strategies for learning and development are we adopting for this population?
  • What’s working and where do we need to up our game?
  • This event is suitable for those who are responsible for talent strategy and development of high potentials and future leaders. Please come prepared to share your thinking and business challenges in a confidential setting.

If there are any specific questions you would like to discuss, please let us know.

This community is intended for experienced talent, learning and leadership professionals with responsibility for the attraction, development and retention of talent, who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with other participants.

The community will meet throughout the year to address topical issues and will stay connected via a WhatsApp group, regular updates and continued networking. Members of the community can stay informed with access to our webpage of curated content.

We look forward to having you join us in March.
