CRF HRD Community: Revisiting The New Working Environment

  • February 21, 2024
  • London, United Kingdom
  • Online

Wednesday 21st February, 8-10am,
In Person: Charlotte Street Hotel, London.
Online: 8.30-10am GMT / 9.30-11am CET

The last few years have seen a huge change in working practices, largely as a result of learning from our pandemic experiences. We have also seen the emergence of movements and campaigns around a 4-day working week. We have all now had time to test and evaluate various practices and to have settled on the most effective for our organisations. This session will bring together HR Directors to discuss the current state of play and our learning from recent experiences.

We will address the following questions:

  • What working practices and patterns have proved most effective and why?
  • Which have not worked and how have we moved on?
  • Are further changes planned?
  • How do we evaluate the effectiveness from both the organisational and employee perspectives?
  • How do we ensure fairness and appropriate consistency between work groups?
  • What has been the impact on productivity and how are HR functions monitoring and measuring this?
