Zoom Interactive Event: Navigating the All-Remote Workforce

CRF will host a virtual peer-sharing event for members to share experiences and good practice on Remote Working, with special guest Caroline Arora, People Director at Hoxby. Hoxby, a global community of freelance experts in marketing, HR, PR, creative, admin, and innovation, has had an entirely remote workforce from their founding, and has long experience navigating the challenges around remote working.

The agenda will be based on concerns our members have raised and will include:

  • Good practices for remote working, including communication and practical considerations
  • Wellbeing for remote workers
  • Leading remote teams

There will be opportunities for attendees to ask questions and share stories/good practices.

Dr. Carmen von Rohr

Research Manager, Corporate Research Forum

Dr. Carmen von Rohr is a sociologist with extensive research and learning design experience. She began her career as a digital learning designer in higher education at Cengage Learning before joining CRF in 2018 to contribute to research and learning content.
