Jamie Cunningham
Senior People Science Consultant, Glint
Jamie is a Senior People Science Consultant at Glint (now a part of LinkedIn) where he advises clients on the design and implementation of solutions that drive people success and connect to critical business outcomes. He has a passion for people centric decisions and the impact this has on company strategy/financials. Before joining Glint, Jamie worked at Tesco Group as Head of Employer Brand. Prior to that, he worked at Glassdoor, SNP Leadership Communications and LinkedIn (returner). Currently based in Dublin, Ireland. Jamie holds a Master’s in Business Economics and a Degree in Finance.
Gillian Pillans
Research Director, Corporate Research Forum
Gillian has worked as a senior HR practitioner and OD specialist for several organisations including Swiss Re, Vodafone and BAA. Prior to her HR career, she was a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting and is also a qualified solicitor. Gillian has written various CRF reports on subjects including HR strategy, organisation design and development, leadership development, coaching and diversity.
Sean Mills
Director, ENGAGE
Sean is a highly experienced specialist in leadership assessment and development, and in employee engagement and experience. He has a strong commercial background, a passion for developing people and organisations, and a track record of driving results at all levels, from board directors to frontline employees. Sean has particular expertise in management consulting, employer value proposition development, human capital management, client relationship management and leadership development. He joined ENGAGE from IPSOS Mori where he headed up their UK Employee Engagement business. Prior to that, he led the EMEA Consulting Function for IBM Kenexa, focusing on Employee Engagement and Leadership assessment and development for blue-chip clients including GSK, Jaguar LandRover, Lloyds Banking Group, Moeller-Maersk, Nokia Siemens, RBS and Thales. Sean has experience of working in the US as head of the Kenexa Leadership Function, as well across Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies and Diplomas in Marketing and Market Research, and is a member of the MRS, the IDM and the CIM.
