On 25th January 2024, CRF members gathered in-person to explore the subject of evidence-based HR (EBHR). The event built on previous learning about how and when HR should use evidence-based practice, outlining new CRF research which provides a framework for using EBHR. Speakers also took a broader view, assessing HR’s progress in becoming more evidence-based as an industry. The day included three case study sessions, focusing on how three different HR functions had implemented their own evidence-based practices, and what we can learn from these.
