CRF 2027 Programme

  • October 6, 2026

We are pleased to share CRF’s 2027 programme of research, events and learning!

AI is changing how work gets done, how decisions are made and how organisations compete. But the organisations that gain most won’t be defined by technology alone. They’ll be the ones that build capability, redesign work and lead change well, and that puts HR at the heart of competitive advantage.

Our 2027 themes focus on where HR can contribute most:

  1. Transforming the HR function: Building the capability, business focus and effectiveness to make a greater contribution to performance.
  2. Creating value in the age of AI: Helping leaders turn AI into real gains in how work is done and decisions are made.
  3. Improving selection: Making better, evidence-based people decisions.
  4. Creating the conditions for higher performance: Shaping the environment in which people and teams do their best work.

We combine rigorous research with practitioner expertise, independent challenge and a senior peer network, helping you weigh the evidence, learn from others and decide what will work in your own organisation.

Through research, events, learning programmes, communities and technology, that support reaches every level of your HR function.

View the CRF 2027 Programme below, or visit our events page to self-register for events throughout the year.

Our main programme is complemented by our growing networks focussing on:

Applying work psychology and behavioural science to improve organisational performance.

Helping practitioners navigate today’s labour landscape and complex ER/IR issues.

And with such a focus on AI, we’ll also be launching new events, webinars and learning courses as part of our AI in HR Series.

We look forward to working with you in 2027.

Richard Hargreaves, Managing Director and Gillian Pillans, Research Director
