Underpinned by CRF's latest Coaching research study: Coaching Maximising Business Impact this briefing will examine the conditions required to optimise the impact coaching has on individuals, teams and importantly organisational performance.
Exploring the latest developments relating to use of technology in remote coaching, team-based coaching and whole-person coaching, the event will also outline how to best manage the coaching process from selection to through to evaluation.
In addition to the afternoon session, we will continue the discussion over a networking dinner.
