Talent, Leadership and Learning

By Invitation – Making a Paradigm Shift in Leadership Development

  • June 17 - 19 2022
  • United Arab Emirates

The theme for this session is based on CRF’s brand new research, exploring how organisations’ expectations around leadership capabilities are shifting as we emerge from the pandemic, and how approaches to leadership development are adapting. Our survey shows that CRF members are recognising that the concept of leadership is in flux. Over 60% of respondents considered the capabilities required of leaders as we emerge from the pandemic to be different from existing leadership models with nearly 25% of these saying the requirements will be significantly different.

CRF will be supported by local case studies in exploring:

  • How have the expectations of leaders evolved?
  • How are leadership models evolving?
  • How is this impacting the approach taken to leadership development?
  • How are organisations developing leaders in the UAE?
  • What are the implications for HR leadership?

Be part of a community that is best-in-class, relevant and hand-picked to suit your unique needs as a contributing role towards strengthening our economies and organisations.

Corporate Research Forum, Markha Consulting and Strategic Dimensions will bring together senior HR professionals from across the UAE/ KSA public and private sectors to share, listen and reflect on this critical topic.
